YOUR SAFETY: Last Gang Emporium takes great care to ensure that your online safety on our site is paramount. Your information will never be shared with ANY other company and your personal details will never be shared with any other organisations. Integration with Paypal ensures that we will never hold your payment details and your personal account with us can be terminated at any time. PAYMENT: Payment is accepted by credit or debit card and is processed via Paypal - the safer & easier way to pay without exposing your bank account or credit card details. It is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account in order to be able to pay using your credit or debit card.

DELIVERY: Shipping costs are determined by weight and size and are automatically calculated when you checkout, once your delivery address is confirmed. All items, except greetings cards and patches sent within the UK, are shipped using either Royal Mail second class signed for service or Royal Mail international tracked service. These services require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home to receive the delivery, a card will be left with information for you to arrange collection or redelivery. Any purchases not collected or redelivered within 18 calendar days will be returned to the Last Gang Emporium and in this case the customer will be responsible for paying for redelivery. Greetings cards and patches are shipped within the UK using Royal Mail first class service.

Within the UK: Royal Mail First Class & Royal Mail Second Class Signed For – 1-3 Working Days

Royal Mail International Orders: Royal Mail International Tracked – 3-7 Working Days

International customers outside of the UK please be aware that delays can occur in customs and they are outside of our control. Any additional import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are your responsibility to pay.

We aim to process & despatch your order within 3 working days, once payment has been confirmed.

If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email so please ensure that your email address is correct. Please check for email confirmation of your order.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER: To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at shop@lastgangemporium.co.uk Please provide your contact and order details. We cannot cancel an order that has been shipped. In this case you will need to return the goods for a refund or exchange.

TO RETURN AN ITEM: To return an order, you must first contact us via email at shop@lastgangemporium.co.uk within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide your contact and order details and the reason for return or exchange.

If you would like to exchange an item you need to provide the details of the item that you require so that we can check stock availability. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt for UK customers or within 14 days for customers outside of the UK. Items sent back after these periods are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with product tags still attached and in exactly the same condition that they were sent to you. Last Gang Emporium will not accept a return if the item is marked, damaged, soiled in any way or has been worn or used. For overseas orders, please mark any customs forms as Returned Goods.

All returns should be shipped back to us using recorded delivery or a postage method that has a tracking number. Last Gang Emporium cannot be held responsible for any packages which do not make it back to us and will not process the return or exchange until we receive it.

Please note Last Gang Emporium do not refund delivery charges for dispatch or return unless the goods are sent to you in error or are deemed as faulty. If you are exchanging an item delivery charges will apply to cover the cost of sending the exchanged item to you.

Last Gang Emporium does not accept returns of underwear (including socks/tights), swimwear, body jewellery or hair accessories.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items.

ITEM RECEIVED IS INCORRECT OR FAULTY: We check our orders and items carefully before sending them to you. However, in the unlikely event that your order is incorrect or any item you receive is faulty, please contact us immediately at shop@lastgangemporium.co.uk and we will inform you how to return the item. Please provide your contact and order details and a description of the error or fault.

ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED: If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 working days for UK orders, or 25 working days for overseas orders, please contact us at shop@lastgangemporium.co.uk. Please provide your contact and order details. Last Gang Emporium obtains proof of postage for every order and will send you all the information required in order to make a claim for loss with Royal Mail.
